住過最***的酒店。衞生條件如圖。不想再吐槽了。聯繫不到老闆着實讓人**。沒有冷水！洗臉都不行。最後人家回過來説。過年呢在家。這是公寓式酒店啊。意思公寓式酒店就不是酒店了？可以不理客人了？要個拖鞋三天沒見到。一滴冷水都沒有還這種態度實在是讓人受不了。受教訓了。發出來忘大家不要被坑。

房間乾淨整潔,我很喜歡的,房間有洗衣機,冰箱,看出來店家也是很用心的,地理位置優越,樓下就是地鐵口,旁邊有SKP,王府井百貨等大型商場,酒店不錯,很好的一次體驗，值得推薦

很客觀的評價，優點地理位置很方便，出門skp、地鐵站、永寧門，很方便。其他真的會有很多問題，1.噪聲真的大。第一房間設施真的很舊而且不能及時打掃，住在低層7.8層的話樓下商場直接LED大屏幕燈一亮整個屋子都亮，所以選擇第二選擇15層還是21層忘記了的高層，窗户是壞的直接合不上，想着高層問題不大，可是一到晚上晚點喝酒結束的時間，車嘎嘎響還按喇叭，早上7點左右一定會被車流聲！是車流！就是不隔音到車經過都響，窗户問題真的需要去解決，這是在公寓樓裏，本身這個隔音就不好，而且還和好幾家美甲美髮在一層，所以特別吵，就是人在樓道里走動以外還會有説話啥的，畢竟人家都是開門接客的買賣。2.衞生很一般。房間裏踢腳線和地板都是巨黑，廁所都是水漬，地墊直接又臟還有點餿，除了床剛進入是應該換過的，櫃子，枱麪都是土，尤其櫃子裏是很厚實的土，定了兩天的房間，中間也不會有保潔。 3.服務真的很不積極，屬於自助式入住，直接電話聯繫密碼入住，入住發現沒有一次性拖鞋，老闆説新買的沒到，表示道歉，我們就理解了，可是連直飲用水也沒有，問老闆直接不回訊息了，終於住完了，索要發票，因為同程頁面明確寫明商家提供發票服務，問了好幾次，一開始老闆説他在外面，心想他去旅行可能才導致這幾天入住問題，沒有人能及時處理，直到後來多次詢問，直接不回訊息了，我真的服了，到如今半個多月過去還是拿不到發票，真的這樣的服務滯後太嚴重了。

很少發表評價，除非感覺評分嚴重誤導客户。該公寓就是評分明顯高於實際水平的典型：
1、房間好幾處踢腳線脱落，發黴
2、沒有一次性拖鞋，而酒店拖鞋不敢恭維，鞋底都裂了
3、枕頭有點高，請服務員換個矮的，答覆櫃子裏備用的矮的，但櫃子裏的也很高，並且無枕套，很臟。結果我們另一間房的枕頭就是矮的，我於是和朋友換了個枕頭。看來酒店並不清楚自己的設施情況。
總之，比評分要差。評價不是為了吐槽，而是希望迴歸真實，同時勉勵改進。
