衞生狀況較差，房間很小，衞生間的水可以濺到床上，老闆熱情建議我們提前2小時去西安北站

沒有對比就感覺不出美好，跟另一家比，環境確實很好，老闆娘熱情，環境衞生很注重細節，有純凈飲用水，馬桶有一次性坐墊，公共衞生間也很乾凈，很方便。能看到西安北站，能俯視西安美景，確實很好。

房間雖小，五臟俱全，乾淨衞生，去得最早，離開最晚，正遇叔叔阿姨打掃收拾房間，叔叔最認真,一個小黑點不放過，離開前見阿姨打掃過的房間，叔叔去換了花灑後又拖了一遍地，那叫一個認真（最後兩圖）要是門邊牆上能貼塊穿衣鏡就更好了:）由於高鐵是下午三點半的，退房後（沒交房卡，和阿姨説了放下行李）把行李放大門邊，吃好飯再回去拿行李時，阿姨還在打掃，還送我們到電梯口。
叔叔阿姨人都很好交流，經濟實惠型的好公寓！
