空調開了一晚上房間沒一點温度，床冰的跟冰窖一樣，洗澡水前10秒燙的，然後慢慢不熱了，成冰的了，打電話接了一次然後就不接了，第二天早上打電話説熱水要提前兩小時開，住的時候也不説，早上打個電話説著説還給掛了，三樣一樣都沒占上，
