設施：空調噪音很大，第二天直接壞了。房間隔音很差，隔壁房間各種聲音聽的很清楚。
衞生：地毯污漬，浴室水漬都沒有清理乾淨。
環境：離不夜城，芙蓉園都很近。晚上房間看大雁塔很美。
服務：就那樣吧……

住的親子套房，房間很大，還配有小帳篷，孩子很喜歡，酒店臨近景區，交通方便，工作人員都很熱情，大廳經理叫小嚴，服務挺好的，走的時候，還給我們贈送西安特色皮影，美中不足的是房間垃圾桶太少了，整體不錯！

這次西安之行很完美，酒店離大雁塔很近！早餐豐富，設備齊全，房間打掃的很乾凈，剛入住，客房屈彥妮看我們出去玩的太累，送了泡腳桶，幫我們把襪子洗了，送洗的衣服洗的很乾凈，送回來也很快，大姐服務讓我們感動，非常貼心！值得推薦！

酒店環境很不錯，緊挨西影製片廠，距離景區方便，服務貼心，很棒的酒店，服務特別用心，小楊特意送了小朋友紀念品孩子很喜歡，並且準備了果盤，房間整體滿意住的舒適。

酒店地理位置很不錯，距離景區很近，步行就能到大雁塔喝和不夜城，酒店還有有自己的停車場，入住還可以免費停車很方便，管家小尚服務很不錯，還給房間贈送了水果，體驗感很不錯，酒店有提供免費的自助下午茶時間很長，休閑放鬆很合適，性價比蠻高的

酒店服務人員很熱情感覺還不錯，景區很近大廳風格挺喜歡，房間大廳空調給力很舒服，大堂經理李木子小姐姐給我們還送了伴手禮退房很迅速，會主動提供茶水毛巾，推薦給大家值得體驗，下午茶免費營業時間很長可以。
