客服小姐姐小徐服務很好，入住前電話聯繫詢問到店時間，按要求安排好了房間，還添加了微信給介紹了周邊好吃好玩的地方真的很方便貼心，酒店房間很不錯寬敞明亮衞生乾淨，房間裏配備的物品很齊全，還有護膚品，很滿意的入住體驗，果斷續住啦

酒店非常棒，周邊很熱鬧，西影製片廠有音樂會，非常棒，下午茶非常的贊有水果咖啡，管家小楊和小秦超級貼心房間還給送了果盤，送了紀念品，距離大唐不夜城很近，交通方便吃飯方便，不夜城很熱鬧酒店環境很不錯，下雨天大廳有雨衣可以拿，房間舒適

首次入住西安大雁塔雅緻酒店（大唐不夜城店），離大雁塔和大唐不夜城都很近。酒店大堂高端大氣，房間寬敞明亮、整潔乾淨、床墊和被子都很舒適，從落地窗看大雁塔和大唐不夜城的美景盡收眼底。入住還贈送牛奶、水果和小冰箱裏的飲料，過道和大堂都放有瓶裝水隨便享用，我們出酒店大門時禮賓員還主動把瓶裝水遞給我們。自助早餐品種多味道不錯。點贊前廳客服小徐、王樂樂待客熱情周到，服務態度很好。酒店的上下午茶從早上10點到晚上10點，住客可以無限次享用。我住過好多的五星級酒店，衹有雅緻酒店為住客提供這麼優質的服務，感覺很温馨。而且所到之處見到的所有服務員、禮賓員都會點頭微笑打招呼，住在雅緻酒店有一種賓至如歸的感覺。真心給雅緻酒店五星好評！值得推薦，下次來西安首選這家雅緻酒店。

管家小徐的服務真的很不錯，入住前給我打電話詢問入住要求，幫忙提前安排房間，辦理入住後還贈送了果盤很貼心，酒店下午茶很不錯，水果點心都很新鮮，房間衞生乾淨設施設備完善，還給延遲了退房時間，很不錯👍下次還會再來的
