地理位置是這個酒店的優勢，門口就是地鐵站，出門右轉即可步行到華清宮，房間內有智能馬桶、小冰箱，酒店還配有洗衣房。酒店二層有個對外餐廳也比較方便（雖然價格有點貴）。但前台服務不給力（主要是下午班的戴口罩的小胖子男孩），對客户提出的餐飲特殊需求問題不積極應對，推卸責任。

酒店離西花園地鐵特別近，離華清宮一站地，也很方便。酒店很乾凈，住的挺好的，還免費升級了一間房，感謝。
