服務：臨時住沒帶身份證，前台阿姨態度惡劣一開始説照片不行，説讓我們下次住酒店，記得帶身份證，明明是臨時住才沒帶，難道我下次出門必須帶個身份證嗎？
設施：吹風機用一下就壞了，去前台換，他説我們酒店都是這個樣子的，哈哈，我定一個套房，連一個正常的吹風機都沒有嗎？空調聲音大的跟拖拉機一樣，晚上睡覺熱的都不敢開空調。

衞生：我一進門地上就是一個死蒼蠅迎接我🤗
環境：隔音是真的差，我隔壁是儲物間，一早上吵得要死，還有人一直在外邊樓道聊天。
真的很讓人生氣，找不到投訴電話，麻煩給一個交代

濃烈的汗臭味，衞生堪憂，浴巾裏有成團的頭髮團，向當地衞生監管部門投訴無果，向上級格林豪泰酒店總部反映也是沒辦法，該關門大吉！！！
