美豪的服務總是體貼周到的，這次入住美豪麗致未央路店。因為我要開會有一份文件忘記帶了着急送過來，在房間裏面。第一是我回去拿來不及第二是我又不太擅長於使用手機下訂單，而且東西在房間快遞員也不方便。我就在想能不能麻煩他們工作人員幫我下一個同城順豐訂單或者UU跑腿。因為之前在別的酒店我也有讓工作員幫我下訂單，但他們總是推辭，讓我自行下單。我抱着試的態度給前台打電話，接電話的是一個小美女，她告訴我稍微等一下，前台現在有客人在忙，稍後給我回電話。我以為這事情就到此結束了。在我等的焦頭爛額的時候，她的電話回過來了。我告訴她了具體的事情，她核實了我的房間號，姓名以及身份證後四位，告訴這樣是確保每一位顧客的安全以及利益，因為未經客人本人允許，是不允許進入客人房間的。她詢問我是否方便添加一下微信，把我現在的地址給她發過去，她幫助我下訂單。快遞的及時到來，沒有耽誤我開會，真的太感謝前台的小美女小席了。我開完會回到酒店的時候就想着當面感謝一下小席，當她知道我不太會在手機上操作下訂單的時候就教我如何在手機上下訂單，方便我下一次試用。知道我第二天早上退房的早，就讓她們工作人員幫我準備了一份早餐，真的很豐富。有麪包，牛奶，水果，在微信上温馨的提醒，他讓同事幫我準備了一份早餐，讓我記得早上退房的時候，帶上早餐。是最貼心的一家酒店，沒有之一。

第一次入住這家酒店，房間衞生乾淨，酒店工作人員服務非常好，距離地鐵二號線5分鐘路程，在未央大道的主幹網上，到高鐵站十二分方便，到酒店大門口就有保安大哥幫我開車門拿行李箱，停車場比較寬敞，到了前台就有美女送上茶水和毛巾，辦完手續直接到房間，房間特別亮堂，房間面積很大，有超大的圖影儀，衞生間是乾濕分離，洗護用品應有具有可以説是拎包入住，打開行李箱準備更換衣服，發現衣服都已經褶皺，心想酒店能否幫我處理一下，於是給前台打去電話，沒到兩分鐘的時間就有一位大姐來到房間，大姐和我簡單交流後，我把褶皺的衣服交給了大姐，不一會兒功夫，大姐就將我的衣服送過來啦，我發現衣服熨燙的平平整整，本來就想抱着試試的態度，沒想到這家店的服務速度如此理想，這一下解決了我明天的出行問題。心裏很是感激，第二天參加完聚會後回到酒店在樓層又遇見了這位大姐，大姐很熱情的跟我打招呼，於是我便回到房間，不一會兒，大姐主動的給我送來了蜂蜜水，就感覺這裏的服務真是意想不到的，特別貼心，在店住的時間裏，服務很好，衞生乾淨，出行方便。特別推薦這家酒店。
