作為民宿，衞生很好，設施也温馨，公寓設施齊全，位置很中心。老闆特好，啥事都幫助解決。就是停車需要花錢。

時任清明節期間，這是唯一一個房間波動能夠接受的店了，離地鐵站非常近。
設施：公寓型，餐具很好，雖然我沒用
衞生：衞生稍微差一點，中檔出租屋
服務：服務很好

服務：小姐姐態度真的很好，帶我們到房間後還講解各個東西怎麼使用。因為大樓五月中旬前不通冷氣，晚上十點來鍾確實很熱，就給小姐姐發訊息，很快就送來了風扇。也會給我推薦旁邊好吃的，非常好！
環境：就在南門附近，出行很方便，旁邊就是永寧門地鐵站。這個樓就是合生滙，對面就是skp，所以買東西都沒問題。
設施：房間內冰箱洗衣機都有，碗盤杯子也齊全。還有一個躺椅，很舒服的。
衞生：很乾凈，還提供了給馬桶消毒的消毒液。還有洗手液和洗面奶。
