Very good location and services. Room is clean and just some noice at night time. .Location is nearby Bell and Drum Tower. Counter Front lobby has very good services mind.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Helped us buy tickets for the show. We were early to check in and they also provided us free breakfast! Breakfast has lot of options too. The location is amazing The bell tower, drum tower, muslim quarter, great mosque and city wall can be reached by walking. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in xian.

The hotel's prime location near the Bell and Drum towers, as well as its proximity to a metro station, made it easily accessible to various attractions. The surrounding area offered a wide range of dining and shopping options. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. While the room was cozy and comfortable, it could have been better maintained, as the walls were stained.

Really nice hotel, we felt very welcome! All thanx to miss Xiao! Great services like bottleneck water available and free clothes washfacility (washing and drying combinations, very handy for a travelling family). Very nice and spacious room with a couch and table. We had a nice water / movietheme wall that my child really liked. Big toilet and shower area and nice soft and big towels, also all kinds of items that you could wish for if you had forgotten them yourself; combs, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, slippers, etc., etc. Also clotheshangers and area available for coats and like. That together with a retractable clothesline are really handy for hanging clothes to dry. And a waterboiler, tea and cups (and bottled water as said before) are also available. The breakfast is nice and has a combination of continental and Chinese items available. Also always a selection of drinks and a selection of fruits available. Nice and quiet area with nice seating and tables available. Very relaxed. Not forgetting the A-type location, in the center of Xi'an, near the Bell Tower, right at a food market, near small supermarkets and a shopping center, really close to the subway network (really easy to use). The muslimquarter is at a walking distance. Lots of areas in the city center are at a walking distance because of the central location. Taxis are also readily available. The hotel also has touristic destination travel services available. This is a hotel that I will come back to. Great experience!

room has large space, good location nearby provides street food, stores, a department store, and a three-minute walk to the metro. However, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the nearby market.

Location is the best, 5 minutes waking distance to Bell tower, Drum Tower, Ancient city wall. Breakfast is simple but enough for your need. The hotel is located in the food street, convenient but very private room, no noise, no smell. Bed & services are 5* standard, especaliiy the staff, they do not speak English but using phone app to communicate and take personal cares to the guest needs

Busy hotel, staff are lovely. Our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was fine. Perfect location, accessible to bell tower, drum tower, city wall. Tour guide will pick you up from hotel to go to Terra-cotta warriors mausoleum. Easy to access from metro. Take train to Xi’an station and exit at F, turn right down the busy food street, right again and sharp look right there’s a lift on the right that’s signposted Starway Hotel.

We stayed one night between long train trips. The front desk staff were helpful and spoke some English. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is older and down a side street with many noisy food vendors.

Wonderful location!! The staff at Starway were incredibly accommodating and helpful for all things we needed. From directions around the city to help when our shower flooded. They truly went above and beyond! The breakfast each morning was delicious, and there were food options for everyone! The room was very clean and although on a very busy and noisy street, we couldn’t hear anything from our room. Would 10/10 recommend!

The hotel was very nice, facilities, breakfast, hotel services all were excellent, value for money. Furthermore, they have a tour agent permanently station in the hotel was a very good move. We just contact the hotel staff and tour agent to make our tour planning. Will i stay in this hotel again, sure yes. China , Xian is very big, did not have chance to see all nice places, will come back again and stay in Starway Hotel again. Good Job Starway Hotel.

Xiao Bao's dedication to ensuring the utmost satisfaction of guests like myself was truly commendable, and I deeply appreciated her assistance. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi'an. Its superb amenities, prime location, and exceptional service make it a standout choice.
