房間空間確實很大，光看房間圖片還可以，但是衞生間狀況太差了，地面瓷磚不知道滲透了什麼污漬，馬桶舊得黃不拉幾，淋雨水龍頭全是水垢。。也可能設施陳舊導致的，年頭長打掃不出來了。。。想着湊合一晚上忍了算了，但是最重要的是隔音太讓人崩潰了，靠馬路窗户外面車的吵鬧聲；走廊過路聲，衞生間轟隆隆的下水聲音。。。。這個狀況相對於這個價格確實太貴
