酒店服務很好，會在入住前聯繫確認訂單，辛苦聯繫了，我同時預訂的一間房差點沒定到，這裏建議別通過第三方定這家的房間。
由於上午就到酒店了，10點半左右兩間房先給了我們一間入住，還是挺靈活的。還額外送了飲料和水果，還有專屬接口的服務管家，Lucky既熱情又周到，有賓至如歸感，配得上五星級的服務水準。
在西安待4天，另外在古城定了酒店，住了以後才有比較，還是喜來登環境和服務好。要不是後來定的不能退都想回去續住了。小朋友對酒店的游泳館念念不忘。

房間乾淨整潔，服務人員熱情周到，酒店整體環境非常好，泳池水質乾淨，早餐品種豐富，孩子在這裏過的非常愉快！在這裏要重點提一下客服Ada，從我們下飛機開始就把地鐵線路圖發給我，告訴我如何換乘到酒店，到了酒店積極幫我協調房間，還貼心的準備小童拖鞋和牙刷。

空調不行，換了房間，都是一樣的問題，不製冷，晚上睡覺會出汗。
洗澡水温度不穩定，一下冷，一下熱。
馬桶太舊，容易堵。
衞生不太好，設施整體偏舊，隔音不好。
服務態度是可以。
