房間和設施符合五星標準，電梯數量足夠，臨時出現的沒有冷水的問題，反饋酒店後及時處理並提供補救措施，及時關照了客人的感受。值班經理溝通順暢，聲音好聽。

帶媽媽來西安玩，酒店住了2晚體驗很好，工作人員態度都很謙和，阿姨和接待小哥都很熱情的打招呼，讓麻麻還沒進門就很開心。
早餐不錯～我習慣吃沙拉牛奶，麻麻是碳水胃，各取所需都很開心，腸胃脆弱的我也沒有出現腹瀉問題，所以食品衞生什麼非常棒！
這個位置很適合首次來西安的朋友們，他在中間，離兩個車站，機場都很方便（因為我們全程打車坐動車來回景點，如果有類似的朋友，推薦）
