西安麗思卡爾頓酒店，房間挺大，適合帶娃家庭入住。就是淋浴房的淋噴頭不太舒適也不好調節，特別是不適合小朋友，希望能改進一下，洗浴用品也希望提高一下。酒店的整體服務讓人滿意，管家mia的服務很貼心。下次來西安應該還會選擇麗思卡爾頓。

房間屬於是麗思卡爾頓裏比較新和比較大的 不像別的城市的麗思卡爾頓比較土豪風。酒店很漂亮。樓下就有一個商場裏面吃的也挺多的。早飯的話，就還可以。。唯一不是很ok的就是床有些太軟了。但是綜合來説是很好的酒店。

來西安玩入住麗思卡爾頓，酒店位置優越出行方便，地鐵、商場就在邊上，酒店內整體的硬件及服務也很不錯，工作人員都會熱情打招呼，特別是管家Jocelyn提前一天就與我聯繫到達酒店時間，入住後更是貼心及時的幫我處理問題，很感謝！
