The service was incredibly attentive, and the hotel upheld Marriott's consistently high standards. The room was well-equipped, and the location was very convenient. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the entire hotel had a fantastic ambiance. It was a truly memorable travel experience.

On this business trip, I chose the Sheraton Grand Hotel, and the overall experience was impeccable. Although the hotel is a bit old, their service is truly excellent, and the hotel is well-maintained. What impressed me most was Birdy at the front desk, who was able to anticipate my needs in advance – that's really great! It truly lives up to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel. Seeing that I was on a business trip, they proactively arranged a room with better lighting and even upgraded me to an executive room free of charge. The desk in the room and the bright natural light instantly met all my requirements.

The hotel's delivery robot, shaped like a cute panda, is a huge plus! It brings food right to your door, so you don't have to go to the front desk to pick it up. It's so convenient and hassle-free for guests. The smart details are really thoughtful.

The front desk staff were great, and they even proactively upgraded me to an executive floor. However, the room was definitely on the small side, and the air conditioning was difficult to adjust. The hallway also felt a bit stuffy and hot. On the upside, the lounge dinner was excellent with plenty of options, including a made-to-order station.

The hotel's air conditioning was just okay, but its proximity to the Bell Tower was a huge plus. It was super convenient for taking photos there at night. The front desk even gave me a coffee voucher when I checked in, so I got a free cup of coffee ☕, which was a nice touch!

The in-room toiletries were excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They even upgraded my room and gave me a cute fan! Plus, there's a pool and gym. Great value for money!

The heritage of an established star-rated hotel is something newer hotels simply can't replicate; there's a profound sense of history here that truly resonates. Five stars aren't enough to express my love for this hotel. Both the service and the living experience were incredibly comfortable and pleasant. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home – they immediately offered to help with my luggage, the front desk staff were patient and meticulous, and the room was clean and hygienic. Every thoughtful detail highlighted the hotel's genuine care for its guests. Coming to Sheraton is always a pleasure, and I know I'll be back many, many times.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, especially since we were traveling with family. As soon as we arrived, a friendly bellhop came right over to help us with our luggage. The front desk staff were so welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. The same bellhop even took our bags up to our room for us. The lounge staff, especially one young lady, provided excellent service. The swimming pool was also incredibly clean and comfortable, and it wasn't crowded around 5 PM, which was a bonus. Getting a taxi from the hotel entrance was super convenient too. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Xi'an.

Stayed here during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday in Xi'an. Although the hotel is a bit older, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the executive lounge offers daily drinks and fruit. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient for getting around.

The room facilities were indeed a bit outdated, but thankfully the staff were proactive and enthusiastic, and we even got a free room upgrade. The complimentary welcome tea in the lobby was a thoughtful touch, and the room itself was clean and tidy.

During my trip to Xi'an, I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel. Avery from Xinjiang, who works in the concierge department, warmly welcomed us. She proactively helped me with my luggage and even offered me some specialty Xi'an official tea, which really helped alleviate the fatigue from a day of traveling. Her service was thoughtful and considerate.

The entire service was online, making check-in super quick with no waiting. Breakfast was also good. I had a completely undisturbed night's rest, and the cleanliness was impeccable, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Plus, the bus and subway stops right outside are really convenient. Highly recommend!

The facilities and equipment are very well-maintained, and the room was spotless. I also went to the pool, and I heard it had just undergone maintenance, so the overall water quality and environment were excellent. Every staff member I encountered at the hotel proactively greeted me and was very friendly. 👍👍👍
