酒店很滿意，在西安城牆附近，出行很方便。酒店房間也很滿意，入住前大堂副理賀經理還特意打電話過來問詢入住時間，給我們升級了套房，房間很大很寬敞，前台服務員態度也很好，看我們帶着孩子還送了西安紀念品和小禮物。去二樓餐廳吃了早餐和晚餐，餐廳服務員也服務很熱情。非常愉快的一次入住體驗！

第一次帶孩子去西安旅遊，前台賀經理接待的我們，服務非常熱情且周到，給我們送了小點心和西安景點推介卡，還給小朋友送了伴手禮，感受到了西安朋友的熱情，房間也非常乾淨衞生，住得非常愜意，下次去還會選擇這家酒店！

設施：設施比較齊備，雖然略顯陳舊，但是不影響使用。
衞生：每天都有清潔房間，衞生狀況良好
環境：緊鄰1號線，聚地鐵、城牆都很近，旅遊出行方便
服務：贈送了果盤、陝西文禮。需要飲用水什麼的很快就能送到。
