No advance notice was given. When I arrived at the room, I sent a link to verify the deposit. The key was on the door and it was difficult to get it. The room was cold and dirty. There were cockroaches all over the floor. The range hood was greasy, the tablecloth was dirty, the bed sheets were not changed, and hair was everywhere. There was no hot water halfway through the shower. If you want to spend money to find unhappiness, stay here
