和洗浴城在一起，酒店就不純粹了，細節需改進，如枕頭太高，不區分硬和軟，被子太厚，也沒有更換。

入住行政套房三晚，房間氣派漂亮，但我們在這裡有可怕的經驗，房間非常悶熱，不正常的悶熱，即使我們來自潮濕的台北也無法接受的那種悶熱。
令人失望的是，飯店處理態度消極，堅持關掉空調溫度就會和室外一樣，事實是入住的那三晚西安晚間僅有十度上下，8803房每個晚上都是烤箱般的悶熱，我們無法入睡，飯店丟了兩台電風扇過來，電風扇非常老舊噪音很大，我們被迫在悶熱的烤箱和電風扇噪音中選擇，兩個都令我們無法入睡。
我不推薦這間飯店，因為他們不能也不想解決自己的問題，同時前台服務態度驕傲的令人錯愕。
