酒店位於市區，出行方便，飲用水給的很充足，每層樓都有冰櫃放着瓶裝水供取用。酒店餐廳味道很好，住店客人85折，相當實惠。客户經理趙婭婭噓寒問暖，非常周到。

服務，硬件，品質，設計感都很到位，應該能代表西安5星酒店的水準，帶小朋友過去，每天都玩到很晚回酒店，工作人員很熱情，酒店衞生環境各方面都非常好，電梯口有免費無限量瓶裝水，旁邊有高檔商場，SKP，中大國際，裏面吃喝玩樂，讓你住酒店不用擔心無聊，房間很大，很敞亮，沙發跟床都很舒適，洗手間乾濕分離，有單獨洗手枱，早餐廳很大，很乾凈，早餐很有特色，當地小吃，中西餐結合，品種齊全，服務經理趙婭婭非常專業，耐心幫我們解答各種疑惑，告知酒店周邊的旅遊路線，退房給我們申請了免費下午茶，真的飛常感謝，下次還會再來

這次來西安玩，非常推薦住西安東舍酒店，位置很好離鐘鼓樓回民街非常近，是出行入住的最佳選擇，步行可到達，環境非常好，乾淨，上檔次，房間很大特別舒適，有免費下午茶，免費洗衣服務，入住後服務經理趙婭婭加了我的微信，提前幫我策劃了旅遊路線，真的節省很多時間，非常熱情，周到，有賓至如歸感，配的上五星服務水準，退房當天外面下雨，趙經理提醒房間有雨傘，提醒我們出門攜帶。添加衣物，真的很暖心，很感動，以後還會選擇的

帶家人出來轉轉，最終選擇了西安東舍酒店，地理位置簡直太棒了，地理位置優越，環境很好，孩子非常喜歡，設施也很新，沒讓我失望，全程我都很滿意，令我意外的是服務經理趙婭婭，主動加了我的微信，在入住期間非常照顧，有求必應，耐心解答各種問題，房間的設施設備很齊全，給孩子還特意送了洗漱用品和拖鞋，很用心，告知有任何需要聯繫她，還介紹了周邊的小吃，真的超感動，真的很暖心，沒想到這家酒店服務太貼心了，房間衞生也很乾凈，工作人員都很和善，以後還會來住

酒店環境還不錯，房間裏面乾淨衞生，更換東西也很勤快，地理位置也很好去哪都方便，離鐘樓、鼓樓、回民街、永寧門步行十多分鐘就到，入住了四天整體服務都很好，特別是王建榮和王紅梅，感受到了賓至如歸的感覺，下次來西安還會選擇入住。

We had a nice stay at the Eastern House which was a short walk to Muslim Street. The hotel smells amazing and has a pleasant ambiance upon entering. Few staff spoke Englush but were adept at using their translation devices. The executive room was large and had plenty of space to accommodate large and small suitcases. My 80 year old dad said the bed was not firm enough, but he slept just fine taking naps and such from jetlag. The toilet was low. There's no grab bar in the shower or toilet, but there's a bath mat. The towels were soft (to include wash clothes) and there's refillable shampoo, etc in the shower. The breakfast is Chinese style but satisfactory. We took advantage of the guest laundry, which I think was free. I brought my own laundry pods. Arranging airport drop off was a breeze and cost 30¥ per person. I would stay at this hotel again.
