I had excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The hotel is at a convenient location and its staffs are really motivated to do good work. 张瑞娥，武玲敏 served our room and they did excellent job. The restaurant staff 王香娥 and 尹改利also provided excellent service when we had meals at the restaurant. My only negative impression is that one of my booked nonsmoking rooms had clear smell of smoke.

大廳很漂亮，裝修看着確實很高端，撲香而來的香氛味道讓人心情愉悦，酒店早餐也很豐富、有陝西的很多小吃，酒店門口也有很多吃飯的地方，入住的時候前台把房間弄錯了，立馬就給解決了，還給我們進行了真誠的致歉，送了小禮物，處理問題的速度和方法非常的得當，前廳李經理還專門加了微信給我們再次進行了真誠的道歉，也詢問了其他意見，總體來説雖然衹住了一天，但是確實服務非常的不錯，算是個小插曲吧，還是會再次選擇的
