服務真的很爛很爛，提前在網上做了原房續約，大晚上的回到酒店，發現房卡不能用了，非要讓拿到前台去處理。哎，又熱又累還要面對前台的冷眼，真的是夠了

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooftop overlooks the Drum Tower and is very close to the Bell Tower, just a few minutes' walk away.
Xiaoyang's service was warm and thoughtful, and he took the initiative to help us with a late check-out, which gave us more time for our trip.
I recommend everyone to stay here when traveling to Xi'an.

非常不滿意，前台態度很差。入駐的時候讓關注其他的公眾號，非要説什麼身份認證，其實就是關注三方公眾號獲取利益，強制我關注，然後又把身份證拿去正常辦理入住，説明關注公眾號根本就不是正常的獲得客人訊息。總之，這個酒店的前台讓人覺得很不舒服。酒店的好，被入住第一時間的刁難統統沖淡了

交通非常便利。出正門左手是鐘樓，右手是鼓樓，鼓樓邊上就連着回民街（高家大院就在回民街上）。馬路對面就是一洲商城（做粧造比較出名）。走個地下通道就到對面了。
環境和衞生：畢竟是連鎖酒店，環境還是很整潔的，衞生也乾淨。樓頂有個花園，緊鄰着鼓樓，打卡出片。夜景很美。
服務：服務人員態度都很好，房間裏沒有水，直接找他們要就行，很快會做出反應。
設施：這是我唯一覺得稍有欠缺的，希望商家看到可以有所改進。我們住的家庭房，1、洗手枱附近沒有地方掛洗臉毛巾；2、淋浴間是否可以做成磨砂的，或者貼個磨砂膜，我們家庭出行，一個人洗澡，另一個人沒法上廁所，要上廁所進去就看到別人洗澡了，不大好；3、衞生間門縫隙太大了，私隱不好；4、浴室裏麪的掛衣繩會下墜，根本掛不了衣服。

The hotel was in the perfect location, around 40 minutes from the airport and Xi'an North railway station. Literally next to the Muslim quarter and Bell and Drum towers. The staff were very helpful, although they spoke little English, they used translator apps and it was fine. The rooms were very clean and came with the basic amenities.
The only issue was they were going through renovations so we couldn't have a normal breakfast and the recreation spaces were off limits. However it was a great stay. I would recommend the tour guide Robin who went above and beyond to take us to all the important sights. Wechat ID is RobinZhang00A . A great trip.
