Three points: 1 There was a roar outside the room, which continued from afternoon to night; 2 The bathroom was extremely smelly. I arrived in the afternoon of the first day. After resting for a while, I found that I couldn’t stand it at all. After contacting the front desk, they said that there was no room to change, and then I asked someone to repair it. Later, I saw that the upper and lower water outlets were covered with plastic bags, but it didn’t smell afterwards. 3 The most annoying thing! I went to the laundry room at night, and the machines were full. I was waiting for 3 machines to end in 20 minutes. Since it was self-service, of course I could use it if the machine was empty. But the staff in the laundry room didn’t let me wait and said that they would help me wash it. I said that I would check out at 8 o'clock the next day, and I wanted to wash and dry my clothes. What should I do when you get off work later? She said that someone would take over the shift and had to drive me away and didn’t let me wait in the laundry room! As a result, when I went downstairs at 8 o'clock the next morning, the clothes were still being washed and not finished, not to mention drying. In the end, I left with 2 large bags of wet clothes. It was so annoying! What's even more annoying is that while I was waiting, someone came in and said that he had a flight in the morning and asked the staff to help him wash and dry clothes. As a result, only my clothes were being washed in the laundry room that morning. This person's clothes had obviously been washed and dried. Why did I, who was waiting there before him, have his clothes taken away, and my two baskets of light and dark clothes were not even dried? ! What kind of work process and service attitude! Must give a bad review!
