King Town No.1 Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower)

Wonderful location and great value ! We especially liked the size of the room and the grand entrance.

I strongly recommend AVOIDING this hotel. The amount of mould in our room was absolutely disgusting and made the entire stay feel like a health hazard. It’s not just unpleasant—it’s genuinely unhealthy. To make matters worse, friends of ours stayed in a different room and had the exact same problem. So this isn't an isolated issue—it seems widespread. On top of that, the hotel advertises services they don’t actually provide. Don’t count on a Western breakfast either—they lied about that as well. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. 我强烈建议大家避开这家酒店。我们房间里的霉菌多得令人恶心，整个住宿过程感觉就像在危害健康。不仅让人不适，而是真正意义上的不卫生。 更糟糕的是，我们的朋友住在另一个房间，也遇到了完全相同的问题。所以这并非个例，看起来是普遍现象。 此外，酒店宣传的一些服务实际上根本没有。也别指望他们提供西式早餐——这一点他们也撒了谎。 非常失望。不推荐。

Hotel Room not completely as described. Had Hairs on my freshly made Bed. Location on the other Hand is beyond amazing. Fresh Towls every day. Water and Tea. No Fridge in the Room. Enjoyed my stay after all.

The hotel is in a good central location, close to the subway and plenty of restaurants, street food stands and a large shopping centre, and walking distance to the towers and wall. We didn’t interact much with the receptionists. The view from the room was lovely and the room was clean, some furniture a bit old and tired, the carpets in the hall not very clean, but the worst for us was the smell of cigarettes that’s in the whole building, but in our room was very strong smell, and the air conditioning made it worse.
