房間很棒很温馨採光很好，隔音效果很好，佈局合理，非常明亮、通風。前台icey服務很到位，非常親切，設施環境也非常不錯很古風也非常出片，體驗感很好，極力推薦！！

又一次來到凱悦酒店，依然是Cindy辦入住接待的，專門找的朝南湖帶陽台的房間，和朋友趕在最後的時間過了一個開心的小童節，Cora有指引方向，熱情服務，前台服務都很好，對服務很滿意！

服務：服務特別好 提前一天會打電話來詢問入住時間以及其他需求 聽我們口音是南方人 還提前給我們準備了加濕器
環境：房間面積大 酒店能直接通往南湖公園 非常方面 到附近商場也很方便 特別清幽舒適
凱悦是每次到西安出差旅遊的唯一選擇
