因為先生想到西安看兵馬俑，我們在攜程上千挑萬選，最後選中了Big House驪語閣。入住五天四晚，有非常好的入住體驗，尤其是服務人員，非常周到細緻，24小時管家服務保證在第一時間內解決住客遇到的所有問題，我們對管家田田尤其滿意，工作認真，負責體貼，對我們提出的要求都在第一時間給予迴應和幫助。唯一美中不足是，電腦有些設施需要進一步維修維護，我們住在Loft户型，樓上窗前的服務開關面板因為年久失修，出現鬆動，有時會造成不便。總體來説，酒店環境優雅，老闆有着不俗的中式品味和美感，入住驪語閣給我們帶來了非同一般的體驗，我們期待下次再次光臨。

A great place for a family trip.
The housekeeper Tiantian is considerate and online at any time. He will not let guests wait too long. It really feels like home. This time I went there just in time for the Children's Day event. The children were well taken care of by the staff, and we adults were also relieved ❤️A good place to relax!
