房間乾淨整齊，衞生條件不錯，一看就是房東用心打掃過了，打開門陽光充足視野好，還可以洗衣做飯，出門就是通化門地鐵口，樓前就是公交站，交通便利，裏面有兩張床很適合一家三口居住。
