衞生：都很乾凈，浴衣也是用塑料袋套着的，有浴缸袋
設施：基本酒店該有的房間都有
服務：第一次來找不到名宿又下着大雨，管家帶着傘接我。名宿晚餐味道也很不錯量非常大，早上還有免費的早餐，提出的要求也會滿足。未入住之前特意問了會不會早上8點敲門趕人，入住後並沒有這些問題，還可以延遲14點退房。
吵鬧：名宿不在馬路邊晚上沒有汽車的聲音，可能我住的時候客户不多（好像就我一個）所以沒有其他客人大聲説話發生沒有素質的事件。
-環境-
終南山：離景區遊客中心300米非常近。周邊還有博物館，彌陀寺等
名宿：晚上大門非常好看。露台上的視野也很不錯，可以直接看到秦嶺山脈。有個很大的後院可以燒烤、吃飯之類的，名宿有燒烤工具和食材。圍爐煮茶我沒做過不知道有沒有
-總結-
個人認為性價比非常高，價格實惠還是在景點區的名宿，風格也便自然不是那種商業酒店風格型，如果下次來的話還會選擇這家。

非常喜歡諾言民宿的裝修風格，店家態度非常好，感覺像回到家一樣！！！房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，可以露天燒烤，自帶停車場！！！太喜歡💕諾言！！！以後會常光顧並向周圍親友推薦！！！

放水很久才有熱水 而且水温很低 浴缸用不了 房間裏面的擺設很不合理 洗澡要站在浴缸上 但洗澡的東西卻夠不着 水壺要用床頭的插座 很不方便 酒店也沒有地暖 不值這個價位

環境很好，前院雅緻，後院靜謐，一方花園如世外桃源，早上看着孩子在後院盪鞦韆，真的是偷得浮生半日閑，飯菜也好，土豆燉排骨孩子特別喜歡吃，管家服務人員態度都非常好
