I had an extremely pleasant stay at the Philin Hotel in Xi'an. The hotel boasts an elegant environment, complete facilities, and top-notch service. I must especially mention the front desk concierge, Liu Chao, whose warmth and friendliness left a lasting impression on me. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I'm in Xi'an. Highly recommended!

所有員工都在齊心協力地打造品牌。酒店地理位置優越，出行便利，周圍有許多餐館，非常值得推薦。性價比很高，房間乾淨舒適，價格實惠。床非常贊，配有多個枕頭，包括記憶枕和乳膠枕，睡着非常舒服，看電視也很享受。衞生間乾淨，水壓大，使用起來非常舒適。整體裝修風格温馨，正是我喜歡的類型。房間朝向小區，十分安靜。特別要提到前台的晁哥，服務非常好，以後就打算住這家了。
