酒店很好，服務也很好，那天帶的孩子去，出了地鐵口，雨特別大，給酒店打電話，問能不能送把傘，來地鐵口接一下，抱着孩子不方便冒雨走過去，酒店負責人立刻安排了一個帶眼鏡的男生拿着傘，來地鐵口接我跟小孩，當時就很感動，一路上那男孩給我打的傘，我抱着孩子，服務特別好，去了酒店後，晚上又給小孩送了零食，對西安印象一下立刻提升了，下次還來西安，還住這家酒店。
