I have been at this hotel 3 times so I enjoyed it but would not reccomend to chose the package with dinner included. Not much of a selection. In my opinion the breakfast was much better than the dinner buffet. So after the first time I just added the breakfast.

I had an enjoyable one night stay at the DoubleTree. I was given a delicious cookie in arrival. Excellent customer service, particularly from Jenny, who was very helpful in providing information on local sightseeing. I used the pool, jacuzzi and steam room, all great, although the changing rooms are a bit grubby and would benefit from a revamp. Breakfast was plentiful. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. An enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Very good hotel. The staff is always trying to fulfill the wishes of the guests, they are very friendly and helpful. I was helped to order cabs, to order food and with other information. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

Bring your kids here to play on the weekend, the overall feeling is very good! I am an old customer of this hotel. The price-performance ratio is high and I feel at home every time I come. I would like to especially praise Lili at the front desk. She is very enthusiastic and patient in answering my questions. The breakfast is also very rich. There is a subway station nearby. It is very suitable for friends who come to travel.

I booked the Hilton Garden Inn near my office while on a business trip to Xi'an. I didn't expect the hotel's service to leave a deep impression. When I arrived at the hotel, I received warm cookies that had just been baked. It was very warm! Before leaving, I didn't have time to have breakfast, so I received warm cookies again. Especially the hotel lobby manager Summer, a sunny girl, warm service, attentive and thoughtful, left a good impression!

After visiting Xi'an, I looked online for a long time and found that Fengdong Hotel is the most cost-effective, with first-class environment and great facilities. The swimming pool is beyond my imagination. The boundless feeling is so beautiful and the water is very clear. I met Miss Summer, a fellow countryman from Northeast China. She is very enthusiastic ❤️. She helped me arrange the room properly and introduced the attractions and delicious food in Xi'an. The cookies are really delicious 😋

The front desk lady was very nice and helped us upgrade the room to the 25th floor, overlooking the Kunming Lake and Qixi Park. The room was clean and 4 bottles of water were delivered every day, enough for us to make tea. The breakfast was rich in variety and recommended for staying.

I always stay at Hilton Hotel when I go out. I travel with my children. I am very satisfied with the stay. The front desk ladies Jenny and Lili are very welcoming and gave me big cookies... The hotel is clean and I will stay here again next time. I was given a card holder when I left. The room is quiet and convenient to go to the attractions

I took my mother to Chang'an and chose to stay at Hilton for two days. The cleaning lady knocked on the wrong door the next morning and disturbed my rest. I hope the service will be improved!
