四月份到這兩天 我選擇這家酒店是因為方便 環境相對也不錯 但連着幾次保潔不敲門直接進房間 還有丟東西 我真的忍無可忍 到現在沒有酒店相關領導人員出面解決 失望至極

我實名制投訴 連着兩天保潔不敲門直接開門進房間 酒店後續處理態度非常冷淡 住房三天丟一對耳釘一個小化粧品 找不到我們也懶得追究 中午一點多我出門辦事 晚上九十點回到房間居然直接沒打掃 門口的保潔説讓我聯繫前台 前台讓她打掃她就打掃 這啥態度啊？你們酒店是換領導了嗎？我是19號開始住到今天的1305住户 希望貴酒店給出一個滿意的答覆

很長時間沒去了，這次酒店主動給升級了房型，房間寬敞明亮，衞生間是廁所衞浴分離的，熱水出水快而且出水均衡，前台服務熱情真誠，非常好的一次入住體驗。
