服務很熱情，拿行李到房間，介紹樓層，體驗很好，唯一不足就是半夜一點多被送餐機器人電話吵醒，居然是送錯房間了，第二天酒店道歉也很誠懇，希望以後不要發生類似事情了

The five-star hotel service and hygiene are very good and comprehensive. My housekeeper Zhang Xuan is very responsible. She sent me to the room to introduce the room facilities and hotel services, as well as the airport drop-off service. Yan Lei helped me make an appointment for the airport drop-off service.
