The room is big, nice and clean. I have a wheelchair that is not convenient, so I chose a superior twin room, which is very convenient. In the North Station area, Ibis is my must-choose. I must stay at Ibis when my friends and relatives come. The day before yesterday, the little brother and sister provided very good service, patiently recommending relatives and friends how to play and how to eat. The cleaning aunts are very enthusiastic. Free water, tea, breakfast is absolutely amazing yummy 😋 😋
People on the reception were helpful.
They give you money back for the taxi from Xi'an north, this station itself is just 10 mins far from the hotel (by car). [Don't try to walk there, by Google maps you will not find it. Dear hotel, adjust your location on Google maps]
Unfortunately, i had really bad smell of sigarrets from the room nearby, it was very heavy... You shouldn't allow ppl smoke near the rooms with non smoking people.
