設施：
房間裏面設施齊全，衹能且温馨，床鋪舒適，空調也給力，讓我一夜好眠，此外酒店五樓還有自助洗衣房，高速無線網絡等，滿足了我在旅行中的各種需求。
衞生：
細節衞生做的非常好，無論是公共區域還是房間，隨處可見都是乾淨整潔的，房間客房人員每天都有打掃的很乾凈，還貼心的放上一次性馬桶墊，這讓我在入住期間非常的放心。
環境：
酒店的位置十分優越，交通便利，周圍都是景區跟各種小吃餐廳，還有購物商場，非常方便，酒店的四樓有一個小花園，環境優美，閑暇時間可以去當盪鞦韆放鬆放鬆。
服務：
最想説的是酒店的服務，處處都是細節，剛進大門就有小姐姐幫忙拿行李，隨後又送上冰鎮檸檬水，走了一路滿頭大汗正需要一杯冰鎮水解渴。快速的辦理完入住小姐姐熱情的把行李拿到房間，介紹了房間的設施設備，還給我發了旅遊攻略，非常貼心。玩了一天回到酒店，客房人員還貼心的送來了泡腳盆，這讓我感受到無微不至的關懷。這次旅行給我留下了美好的回憶，期待下次再次入住。

The location is perfect. It is in the middle of everything. It is near the south gate of the wall and all the other inner city places of interest for tourists. There is a lively night scene on the doorstep. Still it is very quiet and I slept with the windows open. The room was very clean. The laundry room was very convenient. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. Mao, a charming lady concierge, was extremely helpful. She even took me to a stationary shop to have my permits printed out in color. She went to pick up the copies later. Great service! 100% recommended.

酒店位置非常好 小南門早市 永興坊非常近 旁邊就是醉長安飯店 走100米就是鐘樓小區 小吃一條街 裏面好多吃的 酒店的小趙很熱情 送孩子禮物 還幫忙拿行李

酒店位置極佳，去鐘鼓樓及回民街步行僅幾分鐘，而且有一個很大的地下停車場，酒店周邊全是各種檔次歺館吃飯十分方便，加上工作人員都非常熱情周到，是去西安旅遊的必選酒店之一。
