設施:很齊全，智能小管家為我們送物，還有免費洗衣房，房間還贈送了下午茶和夜宵
衞生:在這裏要特別感謝客房姐姐每天辛勤地付出，被我們一個乾淨、整潔的住宿環境環境:交通便利，距離鐘鼓樓、回民街、城牆都比較近。隔壁就是網紅飯店（醉長安），離地鐵2、6號線步行幾分鐘就到了。
服務:非常好！尤其是前廳客服管家小趙，從我們過來辦入住到離店，全程事事有迴應，很熱心。期間給我們發了一份旅遊攻略，還給我們介紹了附近幾家有特色的陝菜館和小吃店（陝南媽媽菜、貓耳朵麪館等），離店之後，還發訊息關注我們‘是否平安到家’，很貼心，很暖心。下次過來西安還選擇這家店。[愉快]

房間很大，離鼓樓地鐵口步行7.8分鐘，斜對角就是鐘樓小區，旁邊有一家很好吃的餐廳。服務員服務周到，早餐也不錯，很愉快的一次入住。

酒店整體超出預期阿，大廳有迎賓水果，機器人送餐，還免費提供礦泉水，離回民街，鐘樓和鼓樓都特別近，周邊的小吃店也超多，酒店自身的早餐十分豐富可口，還有下午茶以及宵夜，前台李娜小姐姐還幫忙去酒店隔壁的醉長安取號，退房時小姐姐還送了小點心還幫忙拿行李，值得再來的酒店。

Отличный отель, сервис на 5. Вкусные разнообразные завтраки, тихий номер, внимание и забота персонала. Очень большая душевая, пижама, два вида тапочек, фрукты как комплимент. До центра 5-10 минут пешком. Отель выше всех похвал, обязательно вернемся в него.
