Location is great, there are no amenities at the hotel. The room was good and clean but had a strong smoke smell. They should offer non-smoking rooms.

very near shopping and the bell tower. Convenience store next to it also a Starbucks near by.

The reception staff were friendly and check in was really easy and quick. The room is clean and modern. All amenities I required were available and the room was cleaned on time. The only issue was the elevator was not reliable and we got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes and after getting out we had to climb 4 flights of stairs to the room and then go back down to explore the city. Good experience overall besides the elevator encounter

Excellent experience and very helpful service from all staff. Perfect location- South Gate, bar street, drum and bell tower, and multiple subway stations within short walking distance. Beautifully decorated and everything smells of oranges! Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Xian.

I loooove this hotel! Very clean and in a perfect location. Super comfy bed. I didn’t want to leave 😩 I’ve tried another location in Shenzhen and I’ve been a fan ever since.

The room was quite satisfactory, as it was close to the tourist attractions and in a good location, so the staff were not very old and it was a little crowded. The front desk service was good. They would go back to clean the room every day as soon as I told them to. They also gave me a small gift when I checked out, so I could have a bite on the way back.

The room is right next to the city wall, which is very convenient and in a great location! The hygiene is a little poor, as you can see from the 8th, 9th, and 10th photos. I booked a price of more than 300 yuan. This location is slightly more expensive than the Hanting Youjia next door that I booked 3 years ago, and the hygiene is not as good as Hanting.
