六一節帶孩子出來玩,酒店無論從硬件到軟件都非常滿意！尤其小徐管家無微不至的服務太讓人暖心了，下次白鹿倉遊玩的話還會繼續選大槐樹酒店

體驗感不錯，古建築韻味跟現代化設施相結合，非常有特色。設施齊全，房間配的茶水都是免費的，温泉水質很乾凈，到店小蓉管家看我們是三位還給升級了房型，很貼心，有問必答，消息秒回。十分推薦

本來計劃跟朋友一起帶着孩子泡泡温泉，結果有事沒去成衹能讓她們先去探探路。但是絲毫不影響對這家酒店的滿意度，尤其是我的管家小蓉，在沒入住前就聯繫了我，告知我入住事項並且期間有問必答，絲毫沒有不耐煩。朋友説這趟旅程很愉快，小孩子們玩水玩的不亦樂乎，訂的家庭房榻榻米空間非常大，第二天管家還給我朋友免費贈送了早餐，非常貼心！朋友分享的照片讓我非常眼饞，等沒事了有機會一定會再來！

酒店古香古色，我們當天到的比較晚，小榮管家服務很好，很貼心，到房間給我們細心的介紹了設施設備，忙碌了一天晚上在小院泡個温泉非常解乏，第二天還給延遲了退房，這次出行很值！
