很棒的一家酒店。就在南大街上位置非常優越，出門步行大概五分鐘就能看到城牆及鐘樓，回民街。旁邊就是中大國際和星巴克旗艦店，很多網紅打卡的地方，酒店門口也有很多人拍照，還有自己的停車場，非常方便。一進酒店前台接待的小姐姐，非常地貼心地遞上了酸梅湯，服務非常棒。還幫忙送行李進入房間並跟我們進行了房間的介紹，還有歡迎水果，對客户是非常地細心。還有健身房和洗衣房。早餐是中西自助餐涵蓋了西安特色小吃我特別喜歡臊子麪吃了有兩碗，還有西式早餐，能把人吃得飽飽的早餐提供到十一點非常棒。漫心會是我下次來西安的落腳點。加油漫心!希望你們的服務能一直保持下去!

第一次入住漫心酒店，覺得很不錯，酒店位置非常便利，距離鐘樓鼓樓特別近，周邊美食很多。房間乾淨，設施都是新的，空調特別強勁。退房時送了伴手禮，很貼心，下次來西安還會考慮這家的！

房間還行，衞生狀況良好，地理位置不錯，在鐘樓和永寧門城牆之間。
服務不錯，凌晨時分附近在施工，打電話到前台要他們幫忙投訴，幾分鐘之後得到反饋已報警，且噪聲也停了。
