環境很好，距離不夜城，十二時辰和芙蓉園都不算遠，除了沒電視其他的都挺好，老闆娘很熱情，大廳的零食和水可以隨便吃，而且還可以自己做早餐

房間衞生做的很乾凈，房間設施很有點文藝範，很喜歡，小姐姐的態度親切，細緻周到。大廳有很多茶點免費提供，很不錯。地理位置得天獨厚，出了電梯，步行3分鐘就到大唐不夜城了，省時省力，特別適合出門旅行的人羣。

大家創業都不容易
從來沒有給過任何一家酒店民宿差評
首先店就是一個居民小區改造的民宿，雖説夜裡安靜，但隔音真的差到極致，隔壁房間開水龍頭的聲音都能聽到一清二楚
還要自己走很長一段路去小區大堂拿外賣，不懂路很容易繞圈子，小區樓下燈也很黑，打電話問老闆，人家直接跟你説走到累就到了，也是無語😒害怕走夜路又喜歡點外賣求方便的可以勸退
房間裏的細節也差，一次性拖鞋薄像一層紙，洗澡也要開蠻久才來熱水，洗漱台下水也賊拉慢，還堵，毛巾什麼的感覺很陳舊
第二天因行程改變早上就退房了，趕車出門匆忙忘記拿手機，落在民宿房間，7點多打電話打到10點才接通，打了近3個小時，接通後老闆還來一句：大哥，現在才幾點？
我呵呵了 一個搞服務行業的民宿，衹要有客人在，還分營業時間？再幾點你們也是幹這行的，客人有事才會聯繫，沒事誰會找你管家，
雖説頁面也寫了服務時間，但我不理解上午10點了，打電話過去還被反質疑打電話吵醒他！！！一個開民宿的，反問客人時間，真是搞笑了
懶癌患者勸退，外賣需走很遠路拿，服務一般，可以説沒什麼服務，評論上的好評，也都是上一家老闆留下來了（別問我怎麼知道）陰差陽錯打到了以前這個店的老闆電話

設施：全自動馬桶很棒，加長玻璃很喜歡，公共區水龍頭很個性。
衞生：乾淨，跟酒店無差別甚至更好。
環境：隔音效果特別好，周圍住了人跟沒住一樣。裝修風格很前衞，衞生間配色很好看，符合年輕人的審美，民宿➕酒店二合一的體驗感。大廳公共區很有家庭温馨感，有閲覽區，有漢服區可以免費體驗，有各種小吃和水果，甚至連雞蛋麪包都給備了。如果再有個電視就完美了。
服務：到大廳聯繫有人來接，停車也方便。周天下午入住人不多，老闆人很好免費給升級了觀景房，站在窗前就能看到大唐不夜城。關鍵是有私人電梯，下樓走後門幾十米直達大唐不夜城。下次要出差走這再來。

特別好，跟描述的一樣。衞生很乾凈，設施很齊全。床墊超舒服，智能馬桶配了一次性馬桶圈和酒精消毒濕巾。客廳準備了很多小零食和茶包。冰箱了還有水果、雞蛋、麪包等。
