前台小胡服務非常不錯，交通便利，停車很方便，房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，床睡起來比較舒服，訂的含早餐，早餐也是十分豐富，早餐非常滿意。

衞生服務設施都很滿意，服務非常熱情，積極解決問題，前台和打掃衞生的阿姨都特別好。設施也比較現代化，智能窗簾，小度，機器人送餐等等。房間不是特別大，但是床很舒服。唯一一點不足就是我的備註條件是：安靜。但是入住當天，把我安排到了馬路邊的房間，早上6點就聽到車喇叭源源不斷的聲音，比較影響睡眠。想到最近放假期間，我就沒要求換，因為遊客會比較多，後來換到温德姆了。

非常棒的體驗，酒店位置在翠華路上，距離大雁塔，不夜城，和陝歷博都不遠，走路可達，酒店離很多家著名小吃也非常近。酒店設施智能，機器人幫忙送外賣，還有健身房，非常滿意。

The hotel parking lot is easy to find and is free. It is right next to the hotel. There is a 24-hour self-service free laundry room and gym in the hotel, which is really good. The front desk lady Chanchan gave us a small gift when we checked in to introduce the local characteristics and also helped us wash our clothes. It was great. I am very satisfied with my stay so far and will come to Orange Crystal next time.
