首先電梯很臭，住的人很複雜，房間很破爛，門是爛的下水道有些堵，洗澡一次水都能漫到腳背，衞生紙很差爛，要換好點的還得加錢。開空調要另外交電費，後來找客服介入才同意不用交了。
