不知道哪位是老闆，前台*******，無論是素質還是情商還是**都很無語，做生意前台應該找個招財喜慶的人盯前台吧。第一次來是看房間，那女的看着就感覺有點不對。琢磨價格便宜，離我要去的辦事地方很近，就定鑫都了。今天下午，我這沒網絡，告訴前台那女的，後來出去拿個快件，前台叫住我，説你是哪哪房間的吧？你在屋裡煮飯是不允許的，當時很多人，我也確實覺得很不對，那女的那種笑還説 服務員都知道了，我就想説服務員都知道了又咋樣？難道在八十多的酒店上班的服務員 瞧不起住八十多酒店的客人？煮麪肯定是我不對，我買的小鍋比你們酒店的燒水壺功率都小，我今天是第一次煮當然也是最後一次。事有事在，何必説服務員都知道了？以前住酒店沒有煮飯的想法，這裏附近很多殯葬店確實沒事不想出去，而且到飯點我這窗户打開就是隔壁飯店的油煙味道，所以才買了個小鍋，琢磨煮個東西吃，其實論事肯定沒啥，但是論講話方式，前台的女的很令人隔應。不管幹什麼都應該精心研修自己，你為啥在前台為啥沒有打掃衞生。前台需要面對很多各種各樣的客人協調，需要很和諧很舒服的解決問題，面對不同的人肯定有不同的方式。前台真的太垃圾了。
