位置很好找 房間超級喜歡 很舒服很大 五樓有下午茶還有健身房還有書吧 可以辦公 也有電腦可以免費使用 整體體驗感非常好！還幫忙延遲到三四點退房 真的很好！推薦大家旅遊來這裏住

酒店很新，而且智能，入住時因為房間沒有安排在一起，有了些小摩擦，但是前台小姐姐非常有耐心，態度非常積極的幫我調房，而且沈特助還親自帶我們看了新換的房間，並表示了抱歉！讓我們不愉快的心情瞬間被安撫，床品很好，枕頭舒適，一覺到天亮。早餐品種豐富，服務也非常到位。以後來西安還會選擇入住。

房間很棒，下午茶很驚艷，餐廳王姐可以自己先做流沙美氏，酸奶布丁，有果然，還有炸品等等，能看出酒店真的很用心的為客人服務，餐廳大姐還為我親手做了咖啡，感謝王姐，酒店就在地鐵站附近，去哪裡都很方便！下次入住還會選擇✌️

服務離奇的差，第一晚發現空調無效，電話前台，上來確認不工作後表示工程部下班，次日解決，當時室內温度30度，後面兩天因為工作忙，每天回去都很晚，一直沒解決，電話説過一次也沒人理，每晚被熱醒。今天下午回來聯繫前台，説派師傅上來看，大半小時無人，再次打電話問什麼時候派人呢，反問我那個房間？我直接要求前台上來解釋，前台這才上來換了房間。實在是無語，出差多年，這種離譜的服務水平，我就不解為什麼第一晚不能換房？
