滿地毛髮，隔音太差，停電後無任何錶示以及告知，樓層服務員愛理不搭，樓道人多吵鬧無人制止任由鬧騰，來電後網絡不通，不能使用電視看不了等！！
最後就是打電話要求按時退房，對停電的事情衹字不提，對於讓人爬樓梯，沒空調，看不了電視，充不了電等沒有無任何詢問關心，就像是沒電你活該，你倒黴！！服務何在，人性關懷何在！！顧客就不是人了！唄，愛咋咋去吧！
