賓館離交大一附院和省腫瘤醫院特別近，步行幾分鐘就能到，離大雁塔也比較近，賓館內衞生間無異味，服務熱情周到，如到西安旅遊和看病的可以選擇這家賓館，主要是價格實惠而且乾淨，

這家賓館設施太差，連基本的生活用品都不提供，如牙膏牙刷，衞生紙，熱水壺沒有，開水沒有，還多收了20元的空調費，竟然空調是壞的。

原本以為是小區裏的民宿那種，沒想到是上個世紀80年代的房屋，門是木門，插銷鎖門，窗户沒有鐵欄桿防護，被褥、枕巾都是發黃的，衞生狀態堪憂，沒敢住，又退不了房費，就當是交的智商税吧。差評！
