Top Hotels with Gyms in Xi＇an

Arrived late (wee hours) due to my flight and upon arriving in the hotel, was met by a very rude security who does not allow our cab to alight us beside the hotel but rather a distance. Found out that the security does not work for the hotel. Upon check in, the staff was rather impatient as it was the wee hours but they did service recovery very quickly. Very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly helping with the navigation, especially Wison, who was so patient.

I was very happy with this hotel. It’s beautiful inside. Nice big, spacious room. Very reasonably priced food and mini bar. Location is great, right in the centre and a metro stop right outside. Would stay here again.

First and foremost , I was impressed by the hotel strategic location. I was immensely impressed by Mr Doug at the front office. Although he spoke little English, he was extremely helpful and assisted me to setup the payment system using WeChat . Mr Doug went beyond the call of duty to further assist me booked several transportation services. I would give him Five Stars and recommend ibis styles Xi’an based on his performance. The very best experience from our long trip (18 days) across China. The facilities are very cosy and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional. The English speaking level is very high. Andy Song was really helpful for all kinds of requests. The breakfast is great. The place is quiet which is rare in such a big city. Amazing place, strongly recommended. Sofitel in Renmin Square will be our next destination in Xi’an.

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. Awesome. We arrived early after a long train ride and the hotel administration allowed us to quickly use a room that was available to get showered and cleaned up. After our bags were delivered to our room as we started to explore the city. Such immense joy in finding wonderful service. The city of Xian was wonderful. From the Muslim bazaar to the pagodas to the towers to the terracotta warriors. We only stayed two full days, but wish we had another to explore Daming Palace and more of the food at the Muslim bazaar.

Lovely location overlooking the river. The entrance road is pretty, about 1km drive. Room was clean, nice layout, with a fantastic view of the river. Breakfast was standard. Used the sauna, steam room, both clean and comfortable environment. The pool was a little small but not a major issue. Staff were friendly and most spoke some level of English.

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to speak some English and had translation apps ready when they couldn’t. The rooms were clean and nice. The coffee and breakfast was good. It was a nice location not too busy and loud. There was a school next door but you didn’t hear it which is great. The sitting area was very cute and cozy.

Fantastic hotel right next to Datang Everbight Walking Street, Joy City Mall and the Goose Pagoda. Rooms are designed to look ”antique” to match the amcient theme of the area, but are very clean. Breakfast was reallly good!

Good service and nice breakdast . SPA and swimming pool also are well prepared during winter season.
