how to say Facilities: Overall, it's OK, but the hotel is too hot. The whole thing is centrally air-conditioned. It's particularly bad to wake up at night when the air conditioner is not turned on. There is no refrigeration at all. There is a KTV or bar downstairs, which is very noisy at night. I know that I have to call the front desk to ask them to negotiate for a better sound. In the room next to the sink, as long as I wash my hands and turn on the water pipe, the sound in the room is very clear and I don’t fall asleep. Hygiene: Hygiene is okay Environment: The overall hotel is okay. The breakfast is average. I can't say that there is a lot to eat. It is very rich. The entire breakfast area is not big. It is better because of the geographical environment. The city wall and SKP are close to each other. There is a small snack street downstairs. Service: The service was okay. We booked 3 rooms, but 2 of them were too hot to stay in. Fortunately, we were able to change rooms.

The inn boasts an excellent location right next to the renowned city wall, conveniently surrounded by trendy restaurants and pubs, and within easy walking distance of the metro station. However, my main concern revolves around the less-than-friendly service mindset exhibited by certain managers. It appears that some managers come across as distant and indifferent to the needs of us, the customers.

As our room come with window. But there is no view. Have asked for the xian ancient city hall view, but was told that our room does not have this view and need to pay for a upgraded room. However all the room was fully booked. And unable to get this type of room. Suggest to book in advance.

I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. The hotel as a whole is very worthy of praise. The whole experience can be said to be very thoughtful. As soon as you enter the door, someone will help you open the door and unpack your luggage, and immediately provide hot water. The room was arranged in advance after check-in, and I quickly went into the room to rest. The room was very comfortable, clean and smelled great when we entered it. I have to say that I really think this experience is the best among so many cities. Another comment that I must write down is the lady in the restaurant, she is so heartwarming. Although it is a buffet. The cutlery was delivered to me before I even reached for it. The food was very delicious😋 and there were many choices. The eldest sister also patiently introduced their features to me, which I really thought was very good. I also gave a souvenir after leaving the store. It's great, the experience is great, and the facilities and equipment are complete. There is a gym and laundry room, and the parking lot is very convenient. Main level laundry room for quick drying. I really like the smell of this laundry detergent that lasts a long time. I will really choose this hotel next time. I drove here by car and stayed here for two consecutive nights. In addition to the old facilities and high cost performance, the hotel is relatively affordable and the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station and bus stop when I go out. It is only about 10 yuan away from the Bell Tower and Drum Tower of Huimin Street. minute

From the day we arrived YangFuMing met us with a smile and willingness to help us settle in. She made sure we had everything we needed and that we were able to get around the city. The food was also very nice this morning for breakfast. We will definitely come back. Only suggestion is maybe clean the floors in room just a little more with a mop. But other than that the location and team are super.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Bell Tower and the city wall within walking distance! The staff's service attitude was very good, check-in was fast, and I was assigned a quieter room according to my request! The room is also very neat and clean, and the heating temperature is just right and very comfortable!

The hotel was in a great location. It’s right beside the Muslim quarter so there’s so much street food. There’s also food chains like McDonald’s and kfc and Starbucks near by. The Great Mosque is only 5 minute walk and so is the drum and bell tower. The room was nice and clean and had the basics. The only negative was the AC was not great. It doesn’t cool the room but this is probably due to central air conditioning being controlled by the hotel which is common with most places in China. The staff were nice even though they had limited English. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you want easy access to the different tourists attractions!

I love this hotel! It was extremely luxurious for the price. Decor was modern luxury in style. Comparable and even better designed than some 5 star hotels. Service was excellent without being overly intrusive. The staff were very attentive and anticipated our needs. They also gifted us a souvenir at check out. We were very impressed throughout our stay. The room itself was very well maintained. Equipment felt new and they used smart technology for the lights and curtains. The rooms were very sound proof, I could not hear my neighbour at all throughout the 3-night stay. The bed was super comfortable, they even gave us different pillows - a soft one and a firmer one each to ensure we have the best sleep. The toiletries were also of good quality which is important to me. Most hotel toiletries leave my hair and skin very dry. The toilet itself also included a magnified face mirror which can light up which I used daily for make-up. There are free drinks (tea, milk, etc) available at the lobby. Breakfast itself was an extensive spread including local food such as mini roujiamo. The selection changes everyday. Staff were again very accommodating and even provided table service for some guests struggling with young children. Location itself is fantastic, very near the main attractions - bell tower, ancient city wall and Muslim quarter which are all walkable or a short and cheap cab ride away. The hotel is along a quiet street of an extremely vibrant area. I am actually writing this on the free shuttle bus to the airport - yes such fantastic service even at the end of my stay. Please let them know early so they can arrange this service for you. Many props to the team and management. My only comment is that the wifi connection was not strong so I mainly relied on my limited data. It may just be my room which was on the 10th floor in the corner.
