Hotels Near Ganlu Temple in Xiamen

Xiamen Hotel is very well-located. It is only a few minutes walk from the closest underground, and Zhong Shan Pedestrian Street. The hotel facilities are in good conditions. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Some of the speak good English. Tea is served throughout the day in the lobby, and there was even some activities for children during the May 1st holiday. I highly appreciated the fact that access to washing machines is free and there is even washing liquid in guest rooms. We very much enjoyed our stay in Xiamen.

The room is very clean and comfortable, and the service attitude is particularly good. The most distinctive feature is that there are many varieties of breakfast, both Chinese and Western, and the price is on sale recently, only 20 yuan for three of us. We stayed for two days on the 27th and 28th, and then stayed on the 1st and 3rd. You can rest assured to choose this hotel when you come to Xiamen, and you will not regret it. Especially Mr. Huang who serves at the front desk is very patient. He took the initiative to call us when he found the items we left in the room. Thank him very much.

The service is pretty good. But the room facilities are quite old. The door often cannot be closed, some plugs have no electricity, and the towels and other items also look a bit old... There is one massage shop near the inn and it was very cheap and good massage. The location is good and the service of the hotel staff is friendly. Whenever i have issue or request for my extra towels etc. I can send my request by adding their wechat number because the the hotel do not have lift and telephone.

Great place near lots of good food. Didn't have any trouble checking in as a foreigner. The staff was extremely helpful and helped me get a SIM card as well as book a ferry ticket. They did a great job and I'm very thankful.

Very good dorms with good equipment. Plenty of showers and toilets so no wait. There is a nice common area where you can buy coffee and drinks. The guys at the reception were very friendly

This experience in Zengcuo'an's homestay is beyond imagination! Every corner is spotless, the bed is soft and comfortable, making people sleep well all night. The sanitary facilities are very complete, the shower water temperature is just right, the toilet is clean and odorless, the toiletries are all available, and the quality is excellent. The staff at the hotel are also very warm and friendly, always smiling, and the service is thoughtful and intimate, making people feel warm. Here, you can enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of accommodation and convenient access to the surrounding attractions. Whether it is watching the sunrise by the sea in the morning or strolling in the botanical garden in the afternoon, it is very pleasant. If you are also looking for a place to relax, this homestay in Zengcuo'an is definitely the best choice!

Overall the room is nice but guess I had high expectations as it was written it's an international hotel. The breakfast was all Chinese nothing catered for the other customers, so much improvement is needed there. Also non of the front desk or anyone I came across in the hotel speaks English........... One good thing is the hotel is not far from the airport and the nearest subway station and bus stop is justt by the hotel. One does not need to walk far.

The facilities are very satisfactory and the service is very good. The surrounding environment is very convenient, convenience stores are available at any time, and a few steps are various restaurants.

I recently stayed at the New East China Hotel during a transit through Xiamen and found it to be a solid choice for a short stay. The rooms are basic but clean, which met my needs perfectly. Check-in was very quick and efficient, which was appreciated after a long flight. Despite the hotel’s proximity to the airport, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no noise at all, making for a restful night. The convenience of the hotel’s pick-up and drop-off service to and from the airport was a major plus, adding to the stress-free experience. If you want to venture into town or visit Walking Street, it’s easy to get a Didi from the hotel. Given its convenience and overall good service, I’ll definitely consider staying here again the next time I need to transit through Xiamen.
