豪宅小區，下樓過個馬路步行5分鐘就到了會展中心。客廳，廚房非常大，還可以看到海景。房東傢俱家電配齊，很慶幸找到的民宿實景跟照片是一樣的，沒有踩雷。

四個卧室可以住最多十個人呢，我們四個人，出來玩好朋友要各自的休息空間，兩個主卧室帶自己的獨立浴室，客廳和其中一個主卧可以看見大海，坐在客廳喝茶，彈着吉他來度假切有家的感覺，對於客户是比較有安全感和歸屬感，出門騎個自行車5分鐘到達海邊，可以連着住幾天，性價比很高，以後朋友同事來值得推薦的民宿
