設施：房間的設施設備還是有些年代感了，木質傢俱磨損掉漆，還是在接受範圍內。
衞生：一個使用過的咖啡杯放在桌上，第二天都沒清洗過。馬桶出水口黃色垢可見。其他屬於正常範圍
服務：下單備註了無煙房，可是床上的煙味直沖天靈蓋，帶上口罩都無法解決，半夜2點實在是忍無可忍讓送了空氣凈化器，基本沒用。封閉式的客房味道難以驅散。在您入住前4-5天這房間都沒住過人，或許是有過換房。這些都是酒店給出的搪塞之詞。
環境：隔壁在施工 打樁機的聲音早上7點22分就開始了，晚上22點收工。中間我們也不在酒店不做評價。噪音確實有點大。另一個我們住了3天，期間每天來回島內，打車費200+，沒有租車的話不太方便，也沒有地鐵。
由於煙味大投訴後，Judie來幫我換了房，態度是好的，帶我看了2間房，選了1間沒有煙味但是靠近施工區，衹能兩害選其輕了。
